Review of Pupil Premium

A review of pupil premium involves analysis of achievement, behaviour and attendance data and of how the pupil premium is currently being used.

Typically, pupil premium reviews include the following :

1. •Pre visit analysis of data and of the school website
   

2. •On site discussions with senior and middle leaders
   

3. •Visits to classrooms alongside the senior leader responsible for teaching
   

4. •A written report with recommendations for improvement
   

The cost of a review of the pupil premium typically takes one day on site. As a rough guide, a one day visit with report will cost in the region of £700

Pupil premium health check

Typically this will be a half day visit to the school followed by a short report. The format of the morning is similar to above but without visits to classrooms.
