My expectations around professionalism and approach are very high. Rob met my high expectations and if anything went beyond what I expected on this occasion. Rob's understanding of the new Ofsted framework and the inspection schedule is significantly better than any previous consultant. Rob has also been able to offer excellent exemplar material e.g. Academy Development Plan and SEF summary documents. Rob's ability to analyse evidence and suggest ways forward is on a much higher level compared with previous consultants. Rob's consultancy has added significant capacity in our drive to progress to good. He has a deep understanding of school improvement and the Ofsted framework. The level of challenge and support is high. His reports are analytical and have proved extremely useful in terms of identifying areas for improvement. Rob's presentation on the new Ofsted framework was invaluable, insightful and was well received.

It was efficient and focussed. Although Rob came with an agenda that was agreed, discussions were dynamic and issues were able to be explored as needed. Discussions were open and honest which gave the school much food for thought. The report was returned the following day and reflected what was discussed. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and geared his whole day to our needs. He was quick to spot the current demands of the school and could use his expertise to signal additional areas we need to work on.
His advice, expertise, guidance and humour on the day meant that we have received up-to-date CPD on the new 2014 Ofsted framework, the new descriptors and we also used his visit to train our governing body on the use of RAISEonline. It was an extremely beneficial an invigorating session that has resulted in our governors really beginning to develop their own involvement and to engage in the process of self evaluating governance.
